Return & Refund Policy – LumiBump
At LumiBump, all our products are made to order and fully personalized, which means we only accept returns or offer replacements in cases where the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@lumibump.com with photos or videos of the item and packaging. We’ll carefully review the issue and offer either a replacement or a refund depending on the situation.
Because every LumiBump piece is custom-made specifically for you:
- We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for personal dissatisfaction, change of mind, incorrect photos uploaded, spelling mistakes submitted by the customer, or unexpected personal preferences regarding the final appearance of the product.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure uploaded photos, text, and customization details are correct before placing the order.
We encourage all customers to carefully review their customization before completing checkout.
Cancellations
We accept same-day cancellations only, as personalized orders enter production quickly.
A $4.97 cancellation fee applies to cover administrative and processing costs.
Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at info@lumibump.com if:
- Your item arrives damaged
- Your item is defective
- You received the wrong product
We’ll make it right by either sending a replacement or issuing a refund depending on the case.
Please note that for approved refund requests involving damaged or defective products, the item may need to be returned before the refund is processed.
Refunds
If your refund request is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- In some replacement cases, a return may not be required.
- For full refund requests, the item may need to be returned first before the refund is issued.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
Approved refunds are typically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still have not received it, please contact us at info@lumibump.com.
Late Deliveries
While we always do our best to deliver orders as quickly as possible, delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, high demand, or other circumstances outside our control do not qualify for refunds if the item ultimately arrives in good condition.
